At Sylvanian Store Keepers, we want you to be delighted with your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't perfect, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless processing experience.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
